How to Create a vCard QR Code

Step 1: Sign up for vCard Garden

Go to vCard Garden and create a free account. You'll need:

• Email address
• Password

No credit card required. The free trial gives you 14 days to create up to 3 vCards.

Step 2: Choose a template

Pick the template that matches your profession:

• Real Estate Agent: Showcase listings and service areas
• Coach/Consultant: Highlight your expertise
• Freelancer: Display portfolio and rates
• Small Business: Show hours and services
• Contractor: Feature project photos and certifications

Step 3: Enter your contact information

Fill in the details you want to share:

• First and last name
• Job title
• Company name
• Phone number(s)
• Email address
• Website URL
• Physical address (optional)

Step 4: Add your photo and branding

Upload images to make your card stand out:

• Profile photo: Professional headshot (recommended)
• Company logo: Your business branding
• Brand colors: Match your company colors

Step 5: Add social links

Connect your social profiles:

• LinkedIn
• Instagram
• Facebook
• Twitter/X
• YouTube
• Any other URL

Step 6: Publish and download your QR code

Click "Publish" to make your card live. Then:

1. Go to your dashboard
2. Click on your vCard
3. Click "Download QR Code"
4. Save the PNG file to your computer
